What kind of paper do you use?

Printed on archival museum quality paper (100% cotton), an especially permanent, durable acid-free paper.

How are the prints packaged?

We safely ship your favourite works of art all over the world. Prints are packed in tubes. Finally, we provide specific handling instructions to ensure that your order is handled carefully in transit.

When will my order be delivered?

Thank you for ordering from WorkRoomBlue!

All items are custom made to your order and require some production time before shipment. We print, inspect, package, and ship most products within 2 to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number and you can check the status of your order here. Please contact us for assistance as early as possible if you need your order by a certain date and we will be happy to help!

After your order has shipped, our customers generally see their orders delivered in the below timeframes.

Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. At checkout, you will be able to enter separate billing and shipping information. You must give us the correct billing address and the phone number your credit card company has listed on your account. This is for verification purposes.

Can I changed my order after it has been placed?

Usually, no; but we can definitely cancel your order prior to fulfillment. Please contact us immediately with your order number at info@workroomblue.com to cancel an order.

Can I replace my order?

We can send you out a replacement of the exact item you purchased if we send you something that doesn’t meet our standards. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

If you order was damaged in transit, we are here to help! Please contact with us with your order number and the details of your situation. Please include some photos of the damage to the product and packaging to expedite processing of your replacement. We look forward to assisting you!
